Infor ERP Transition Mid-March

Dear customer, 

Based on the confidence put in us by you, our customers, Decowraps has steadily grown over the last few years. To facilitate this growth, and continuously improve our performance and service level, Decowraps worldwide is transitioning into a new ERP system, Infor.

 Over the course of 2024, our operations in Colombia, as well as our global headquarters in Miami, have already made the transition successfully. Being third in line, Decowraps Europe has a great position, where we can build upon any lessons learned and utilize the experience of our international colleagues.

 The European ERP transition will take place over the period of the 11^th to 17^th March, dates specifically chosen between most main events and the absence of incoming shipments after the New Year closures in Asia. Our warehouse will also be closed during these days, commencing the 12^th of March and recommencing operations on Tuesday the 18^th of March.

Please place any orders at the latest 11^th of March before 13h00 so we can process these & get them ready for delivery, before the transition starts.

Although we are confident and well prepared, from a position of sensible caution we do advise and encourage you to order in your requirements for the second half of March already before the 11^th of March. Our Sales team will be further in contact to discuss the specifics and proactively plan for March.
