What is The Florist Wrap Shop?

The Florist Wrap Shop is powered by Decowraps — a packaging company based in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands, at the heart of the European flower trade. Since 1999, Decowraps has been designing packaging that enhances special moments. Through The Florist Wrap Shop, we bring that expertise directly to florists across Europe — a curated collection of premium flower packaging designed to elevate the presentation of your floral arrangements.

Are there bulk order discounts available?

Yes — we offer discounts on bulk orders. Use code BULK20 for 20% off from €250. For larger volumes or specific requirements, contact our team directly and we'll arrange a personalised offer for you.


Ordering

What is the minimum order amount?

Our minimum order amount is €25. This applies to all orders across our range.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes — you need to create an account to place an order with us. Creating an account is free and quick, and gives you access to your order history, tracking, and early access to new launches and promotions.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy — browse our collections, select the products you love, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and complete your payment securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a change or cancellation within 14 days, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com — once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. You can also submit a withdrawal request here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods including major credit cards, iDEAL, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. All payment information is handled with full confidentiality and security.


Products

What types of flower packaging do you offer?

Our collection includes sleeves, prefolds, wraps, skirts, sheets, rolls, vase bags, transportation boxes, gift bags, pot covers, and accessories. We carry packaging in a wide range of materials — from BOPP film to FSC-certified paper, silk, satin, and eco-specialist materials like Silphie paper and Paperwise. How do I know which size to choose?

We have a dedicated Size Guide that explains all sleeve shapes, skirt dimensions, and prefold sizes — with diagrams and tips on how to measure your bouquet. Visit our Size Guide to find the right fit.

Are your products available as samples?

We do not offer samples. However, our minimum order is only €25, so you can easily try a small quantity of any product before committing to a larger order.


Sustainability

Are your products sustainable?

Sustainability is a core value at The Florist Wrap Shop. Our parent company Decowraps holds FSC certification, ISO 14001 environmental management certification, and ETI membership (since 2007). We offer a growing range of eco materials including Silphie paper (plant-based, Greenovation Award 2024), Paperwise (80–100% agricultural waste), and RBOPP (up to 90% post-consumer recycled plastic). Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 11:00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day. After dispatch, estimated transit times are:

Benelux — 1–2 working days
Germany, France — 2–3 working days
Rest of Europe — 2–7 working days

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your delivery country. Free shipping is applied automatically once your order reaches the threshold for your zone:

Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg — €5.95 · free from €100
Germany, France — €7.95 · free from €100
Rest of EU — €12.95 · free from €150
UK, Switzerland, Norway — €14.95 · free from €175

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship across Europe including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. During checkout you can select your country to view available shipping options and costs. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via the "Order History" section in your account.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required. See our Return Policy for more information.


Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns for items in their original condition within 20 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at thefloristwrapshop@decowraps.com with your order number. Read our full Return Policy or submit a withdrawal request.
